Can I do it? This year has been harder than I thought it would be, and I almost wanted to 'surrender' and up my budget, then I realized that I was able to put money in my savings for the first time in 5 months, and that would not have been possible if I had blown my budget.

I'm counting the week starting 3/28 in my April spending, so 5 weeks for this month.

Starting out the month with:

CVS $6 ecb, no GC (waiting on $10 from MyPoints)
WG $4 RR $20.96...

Between walgreens and CVS and a small run to Kroger

i was able to get:

22 Dove Shampoo/conditioners
10 huggie diapers
2 huggie wipes
big bag of baby carrots
thing of marzettis dip
Nestle Dibs

I had been collecting simple stuff for easter (as my dogs and NO dogs should eat chocolate LOL!) and went and dropped off all the easter candy we had been collecting the last month.

Also dropped off all the lunchables i had gotten from Kroger and the tuna. I spent lots of hours (so did dh) shopping at 16+ kroger just to make this donation, because i hate people who shelf clear :rolleyes24:

I'm so happy Its growing slowly but I know it will be big soon. Im really starting doing the trading game and it is working for instance Im getting vitamin water for $.19 each this week :) It feels so good when you can use more than the usual 1 or 2 q's. I am on cloud nine, esp since I have a bunch of white cloud tp lol :) Hopefully I'll be done by the summer and I'll have a new camera by then to show off all of my hard work with the help of you guys
