Yesterday, I got up extra early and met my "sister" (as her dd will say) Stephanie (Zoeys Mom). We went to tape Great Day Houston. It was so much fun and Stephanie did a wonderful job. She spoke with passion about couponing and saving money on groceries and other everyday products. Debra Duncan, the host, was amazing and very nice! I got to actually be on camera to talk about bartering or trading. It was a wondeful experience that I will never forget.

Home, and recovering, but slowwwwwwly.
Kids back home, and keeping me busy - wears me out! DD(3mos) is a chunk - and hurts to lift/carry her - but I'm glad she's home.

I try to be on each day to check PM's, new posts and such - but can't sit too long at the computer.

Dr. says "1 week recovery" - BUT, other women who've had similar surgeries say "3-4 weeks" to get energy back and mostly pain-free.
Big difference...

I went by Piggly Wiggly to get some pet food and some bread and with leftover money decided to pick up some more ground beef. I found a family pack with a tag of $7.73 and 2 coupon stickers on it for a total of $4 off. It's still good and it's fine because I'd planned to cook it today and tomorrow anyway! I ended up spending only $10 in Piggy Wiggly out of $18.
