I live in a small 2 bedroom 1 bath mobile home that has a room added on for the master.. The kitchen is HORRIBLE only a small set of cheap cabinets.. Anyone else live in a small house.. what did u do to store ur stockpile without it looking like a pig pen... THANK YOU!

While I've been shopping for this week at many different places I feel like I've done so much better than usual. Before HCW I would take our grocery money, spend it all at one place, and a week later there would be no more food and no more money. By buying sales I'm able to stretch the money and still have some left. After today's shopping I still have $16 in cash left.

I did a lot of shopping tonight, to use up all the good coupons that were expiring on the 30th. And I got great results!

Saved a whopping $129.32!!

I got:

2 boxes of Wheat Thins
2 six-packs of raisins
3 boxes of Kotex
1 12-pack of toilet paper
1 Sunday Newspaper (more coupons! )

We are very tight on grocery money this week so I am being very frugal on groceries. I cannot afford to waste the money. So the first stop today after church was the store to buy a paper and pick up sales flyers. The Piggly Wiggly flyer ended today, so I need to see when the new one begins / ends. We did get there this afternoon, though, and was able to take advantage of the flyer's savings. We also found out our local PW doubles coupons up to .50 and they have a gas club with a local gas station...

Went in with a half-assed plan, not really knowing what the heck I was going to get. I only got one paper instead of the three I was thinking of grabbing (hate hate hate on the grocery store for being OUT) and just sort of slapped something together. I did really, really well.
