It wasn't a great trip. I had the $10 off $30. Before coupon it was $78 and after coupons it was $44.
I got 24 items, so cost per each item is $1.83 each. Not too bad considering I had febreeze, swiffer refills, claritin, vitamin, excedrin, aussie shampoo and conditioner, and more other stuff.

I love Big Lots. They aren't exactly known for their customer service, but I know this so the bar is set pretty low when I go in.

One time, I had a cart full of stuff and went to get in line. As usual, 7 or 8 people in line, 1 cashier. Not another soul to be found who could possibly help her and jump on a register.

All of a sudden, this young woman cashier just looked up and said "I quit. I Q-U-I-T. Quit." And she walked out.
