This weekend was pretty crazy for me. We started Saturday out by taking our older dog to the vet and ended up with the puppy losing two teeth! A word to the wise: if your dogs like to play tug-o-war with each others collars, get break away collars and save yourself a trip to the vet.

I couldn't help myself, I couponed a lil bit while on vacation Everytime we stopped for a gas/potty break I was inside the store hunting for coupons. I bought a Sunday paper from another state to see if the coupons were different. I cut coupons and looked through sales ads while DH drove.

Once we were at our destination I loaded up on Diet Dr.Pepper 12pks. on sale at Target and then packed em for the 1000 mile trip back home. I went to BJ's warehouse store with my step-mom...

I will say I have never purchased so much gum and candy before, my kids are ecstatic between Kroger and CVS I got about 4 candy bars and 3 packs of gum last week. I now understand what you mean by filler… I had to buy the gum and candy to keep the store from owing me money WoooHooo
Adding my receipts for the week from Monday – Sunday I saved over 75%

purchase colgate 99 cents, 1 aquafresh toothpaste 99 cents each, kotex liners clearance 75 cents. Used 1.00 off man. coupon, 2/ 75 cents off coupon on aquafresh and 75 cents off coupon on kotex liners. Total out of pocket cost 79 cents. I was so happy. 4 items just for 79 cents tax included. The cashier said what a deal. She kept reading the coupons. I told her I have two boys to raise, need to save every dime.
