Blinkies gripe

The grocery store here in town has a few blinkies. The problem is half of the time, the coupons they put in them are already expired! There was one for some TP that I was going to get, until I looked at the expiration date and noticed it had expired at the beginning of the month. What the crap?

I would do the same, and if no results then contact the manager.

Y'know, you'd think that would have occurred to me to ask. I didn't know if the store was in charge of them or what. I'll definitely ask ... thanks for giving me the glaringly obvious idea I totally missed (:

The stores usually aren't in charge of those coupons. There should be a company that comes around to change them out.

There should never be expired coupons - that means that the rep is not doing her (or his) job. We never put up coupons that are expired - and they are always taken down by the expiration date. Call the customer service number listed on the bottom of the coupon machine and report it. 1-800-228-8565. My manager goes out and audits stores to make sure they are being serviced, but they can't be everywhere all the time.
