Where are all the Blinkies?

I asked my store manager, Martin's (part of Giant) why I could no longer find them in their store. He said that Smart Source is having trouble keeping employees to stock the stores. They have them, but not many at this time.

Anyone else know of this?

I started a thread a few weeks ago about this (don't know when or where I started it). Anyway, they are disappearing from my stores also.

Yea not many here either, I think they are cutting back like everyone else

The only ones I can find consistently here in Atlanta are for Huggies but I did see two yesterday with Starkist Tuna coupons.

I don't think that's correct. I am a blinkie gal and while we do have turnover - the stores are all covered - if a territory doesn't have a rep, other reps cover it or the manager does it.

There haven't been as many coupons in the last few cycles - but I put up a ton this past week - so check your stores and I think you will find there are more this week.

It is a great job for a couponer. The coupons we all get vary by the stores in our area so I still buy some off ebay and sometimes they turn out to be blinkies which I always find funny. Also mine always start with a 5 even though they say do not double - but ones I have bought sometimes start with a 9. I wonder if it's because I live in MN where no stores double coupons.

When I get a chance I will post what is up in my stores so anyone who has them can see.

Also, I noticed at our stores this about blinkies:

Store #1 doubles to .50 -- their blinkies are for .55 and start with a 5.
Store #2 doubles to .99 -- their blinkies are for .50 and start with a 9.

These are the usual amounts. I have found .75 at both stores--one with the 5 the other with the 9. I figured this their way of making sure blinkies don't double in their stores. Weird, they are in the same city!

Also, blinkies going up in stores depends on the clients that purchase the coupons to go up in stores.
