About the train tables, we just bought my DS3 one for his bday coming up in November from TRU. It was $139 and I had a $10 off Q, so $129. Its still in the box, but it was set up inside TRU and it was a GREAT deal! It isn't the one pictured above (the table is plain wood), but it comes with a lot more pieces of track, trains, etc. I think it said it comes with over 100 pieces. We could barely drag DS away from the display, so I know he's going to be REALLY excited!

Last year there were Thomas videos available for $4.99 at Kmart and each of the movies came with a wooden Thomas & Friends train- this was a GREAT deal, as just the trains are normally $10-$15. We bought a bunch of them, so he has actual Thomas trains to go with the set.

On BF, I would like there to be a great deal on the Imaginarium wooden train sets- there was a Christmas/winter set that DS would love. I want to get a Nintendo DS for MIL, NDS games for DS7 and me, Wii games, a new digital camera, movies... everytime I stop and think about it, I come up with even more I "need" to buy.

I would really like a wireless printer--then I could print more "coupons" from my laptop without the hassle of connecting wires.

Thanks to everybody for all the info on the trains. I am thinking we will go wooden because of all the different sets and how they will go together. My one question for anybody...my son got some of the metal Thomas Trains last year, will they work on the wood track, and if they don't completely fit, will they work alright with the wooden track?

The highchair we have is a cosco that we got from walmart for $30, 2 years ago. We did the stroller/carseat combo so it would snap on the stroller. BRU might run some sales not sure how great though. The playyard I would just keep my eye out, some may get clearanced when the style changes. That is how we got ours and it was like $40 instead of $70 and it had the bassinet that snapped on top.

A wii and/or xbox 360 as we have neither, making us the most backwards family in the area according to DS

A food dehydrator for me

Like others, I've been shopping since January sales so we don't /need/ much. But it's hard to pass up a good deal so I plan to brave the black friday sales for the first time since I was a kid and went with my mom. I remember having tons of fun despite the crowds and may take DS with me if he can get up that early LOL

The metal Thomas trains are "trackmaster". They do not fit on the wooden track. I think they purposely do this so you have to buy like 3+ kinds of track. I have really tried to get all wooden ones (via gifts), but my son has lonely trackmaster train (and no track) and it drives me crazy.

An external hard drive (hopefully 1TB or 2 really cheap 500GBs).

Either a really nice digital camera for DH & I (and we'll give DD our old one), or a not as nice digital camera for DD (& well keep ours).

More free earbuds or headphones. Those get VERY well worn at our house.
