QUESTION Question about Free Land O' Lakes egg coupon

I just got a free Land O' Lakes egg coupon in the mail from Vocalpoint, value up to $5.99. Of course, my initial thought was to use it at BJ's. Then i got the new February coupon book, and in there is a BJ's coupon for free 18 pack of Land o' Lakes eggs (up to $3.79) when you purchase a 2-pack of Pam. I assume the BJ's coupon will scan fine at self-scan and the manufacturer's coupon will require a cashier to come over to enter the amount. Is there any chance it won't work because the BJ's coupon already made it free? I'm guessing it should work fine.

You're wanting to use both on the same carton of eggs? It's already going to be free. Why don't you save the MFR Q for next time?

I'm not going to use the BJ's coupon alone because I am sure that the Pam costs more than I would pay for Shoprite's own version, even factoring in the eggs (which of course are not worth $3.79 to me since I can get a dozen for 99c, or better on sale with coupons). If I can get credited for the eggs twice, it should make the Pam cheap enough to be worth buying.

The BJ's coupon policy says that you can use a manufacturer's coupon along with a BJ's coupon. I don't think it says anything about the combined value not exceeding the price of the item.

Oh I see what you mean. Yes, I do know you can stack a MFR coupon with a BJ's coupon, but I wasn't aware they give overages. Let us know if it works for you!

Just back from BJ's and it worked fine. I used self-scan and did the BJ's coupon first. As expected, the BJ's coupon worked without needing to enter a price (it actually rang up at $3.79 while the eggs were $3.59). The eggs coupon needed an employee and someone came over and I showed her the $3.59 price and she scanned the coupon and manually entered the price. The Pam was $6.99 for 2 12 ounce cans, which is larger than I normally get at Shoprite (and isn't going to fit easily in my closet where I normally keep this stuff!). So it came out to $3.20 for the Pam, which is a pretty good price. The BJ's coupon expires on 2/12, so don't wait much longer if you have both coupons to use.
