Please watch this, and say if doesn't sound to you like she says that you can use 1 coupon per item in the pack and 1 BJ's coupon, rather than 1 BJ's coupon and 1 mfr. coupon:

I listened to it...
She said on a multi pack you can use one bjs coupon and for the manufactures coupon you can use one coupon per item in the package. So on a three pack of toothpaste packaged as one unit you can use 1 bjs and 3 manufactures.
For a big pack (where there are not mulitple items within pack) you can use one bjs coupon and one manufactures coupon.
