New to BJ's, tell me your favorite deals

I just went to BJ's for the first time last night to scope things out. I took my notebook and wrote down prices on the things I normally buy. It appears I can save money there vs Sam's club just by using manufacturer coupons. Not to mention stacking with their coupons.
I'm curious as to when and how you get new coupons from them?
Also just would love to hear about your great deals you find there?

The best deals for my family that we buy monthly from BJ's are on Myoplex shakes, Cocoa ( for baking ),Jelly beans, Craisens, juice boxes ( Caprisuns ), and Flieshmans yeast. Most of these items are hard to find coupons and deals for but buying them at BJ's is by far the best deal around.
I also do well using coupons on name brand health and beauty items sold in two and three packs. It is so cool to be able to use two or manufactures coupons on those . We do this alot on deoderants and shaving cream items such as Secret and Edge products ( and if you can find a BJ's coupon for it that mkes it even sweeter !)

What is BJs best deal on pasta? We eat it a lot, and I was wondering if they have a bulk deal that works out to less than 75 cents or so a pound ...

You will get a coupon book in the mail each month. Plus you can go online and print some too.

Some things we get:
Bottled water - their brand 32 pk
Orville Reddenbacher popcorn (not microwave bags)
Canned tomato sauce and crushed tomatoes (the BIG cans, I make pasta sauce with it)
Meat - their regular prices are descent since meat deals have been hard to find lately around here.
Vitamins, etc.
Chips - they have the 2 huge bags for under $6.

I haven't bought pasta there because usually one of my local grocery stores has it either free or nearly free with coupon deals . But I do know that many of the boxes of pasta come 2,3 or 4 to a set, so you could use a coupon each one as long as they each have a bar code. That plus using the membership book coupons should make for a good deal.

Today I picked up a 2 pack of V8 Splash Tropical Blend 64oz for $3.59. I used my $1/2 from 08-14-11 SS, making it out to be $1.30 each. I'm so sad I only had one coupon! I am picking up a few extra off ebay as they dont expire until the end of September. Now, if only there was a BJs coupon to go with it...

What I buy at BJ's on a regular basis are Dish Soap, Bar Soap, Liquid Hand Soap, Detergent, Dryer Sheets, Bottled Water, Microwave Bacon, they have these absolutely delicious Meatballs in a Pastry in the Frozen Food section and Stromboli's so I buy that. In the winter I get Hot Cocoa, and we buy a lot of the Berkley Jensen brand medications especially the BJ's Sudafed and BJ's brand of Robitussin and they work fine.

ETA: BJ's sends a booklet with coupons out to their members every month.

I get lots of gum! The boxes of gum come 12 or 18 count to a box with upc codes on each pack. I used several of the $2/3 Trident (insert, not sure of date but expires 9/17/11) and got 2 boxes for under $1.
