I like the SeaCusine foods, the big box is a bit cheaper than buying the small packs in the regular supermarket.

Aethno's feta cheese is cheaper there, the big container is the price of a small container in the regular supermarket.

Their muffins and those round brownies are good. and the Cheesecake Factory ;)

The cat food can be a good deal if my cats didn't get so picky with their food, but if they don't eat it then it's no longer a good deal. Cat litter is a good price there too if you don't mind hauling the big heavy bag.

I was surprised the big bags of a baby spinach and green mixes are organic and only around $5! They also have some organic cheese there I have to try.

The 12 pack of chobani greek yogurt is a good deal for about a $1 a container, and now I learned the BJs coupon policy, if you have enough of the $1 off 1 coupon for this item, you could actually get overage, if BJs allows that.

They have some organic frozen pizza that's good. also they sometimes have the Uno pizza out with different toppings that I don't find at the regular supermarket.

The Zone and Balance protein bars are the cheapest at BJs.

The only drawback of shopping there is they lack the variety of a regular supermarket.

Anyone know off hand what their meat prices are like?

Pork chops, beef roasts, ribs, chicken.

    How about chunk cheese?

Is the Cascade a good deal with the $5 off coupon? I haven't purchased dishwasher detergent in so long I forgot what a good price is. And note I don't care what brand. Thanks for your help!

I haven't bought it in close to a year but it was $9 a jug the last time I bought it for the liquid. The tablets/gelpack things are more expensive.

I have so much free or close to it electrasol I can't bring myself to pay that much even for a lot of cascade. Except for convenience or if you never use coupons, I don't think dishwasher detergent is a good deal in bulk.

I'm new to BJ's (been there twice now) - I thought these were good deals:

    microwave popcorn
    milk
    tuna

I'm still exploring, so I'll pay close attention to this forum!

hmm, I'll definately be looking at bj's in a different light now lol, just learned their coupon policy a couple days ago myself.

    for deals...

milk (usually close to a dollar a gallon cheaper)
eggs (bulk 5 doz is great)
scoopable cat litter for sure - I have to get someone to pick it up though, my weight limit is 15 lbs :( and my daughter hates me when I get home lol
cheese - we buy most of our cheese there, if not all of it.

the meat is not bad too bad price wise and it's fresher looking than anywhere else around here, what I like is you can buy the big chunk and they cut it there for you for free however you want, so that huge chuck one is what we usually get.

diapers/formula and baby food had my daughter saying 'omg you got to be kidding THAT"S CHEAP!" kind of like the staples commercial guy does lol.

and the list i'm sure will grow bigger as I start to look at using multiple coupons lol.
I'm back!.....Back to basics, and the land of the living!

We call it the $100 store, never get out for less than that and so we avoid it regularly

I do get my yeast there, cannot beat the price! I have two bread machines and do a lot of bread making, dough stuff so it really saves a small fortune on that alone. We also belong to Costco, but mostly for tires for vehicles. I do like to pick up Romaine when we're at either one, good price and I chop it up and vacuum seal packets to put in the crisper, stays very fresh that way and I can have my salads for weeks

Costco has some excellent prices on fancy cheeses that we like, but it's not an every day item for us. So we've cut back our trips.

Coupons are found money - who walks by money on the ground??
