BJ's coupon mailer question...

I didn't get a booklet for October and asked at my cs desk. She said she just gave out the last one and that lots of people had said they hadn't gotten one this month and to call the 800 number. When I called, they said the books were randomly sent out and I shouldn't expect one each month.

Does that sound right to anyone else? I thought I had been getting them regularly.... My next plan of attack is to call back and see if I can get a different answer from someone else, but figured I'd check here first!

That's what I've heard as well. I got one in July & August, but nothing in Sept and nothing so far in October.

My co-worker also didn't get one for Sept, but did for Oct

Luckily another co-worker brought his booklet in for the taking, so I snatched it up (minus a few he plucked out).
