my bi lo doesn't accept cvs walgreens or target coupons

since when does bi lo no longer take competitor coupons. They refused to take my walgreens coupon for $1/2 welch's grape juice when its a valid coupon. It states in your policy you take competitor coupon well walgreens is a competitor its down the street. its not going to scan its a store coupon!!.. I was also told they won't take target coupons as well. Ridiculous either you take them or not and maybe you need to update your coupon policy!! they also refused to take my community coffee free bag even though heidi called bud from the coupon company and its a valid coupon. he refused to give me an answer why he wouldn't take it.

not sure why they wound't take the Walgreens coupon. My BI-Lo won't take Target, but then again the nearest one is half an hour away. My store also won't take CVS ECB as coupons although I've heard some do. I guess it's just a YMMV situation with what each store considers to be a competitor.

I have no clue about the community coffee coupon. I'm assuming it wouldn't scan? They're policy is to refuse coupons that won't scan. Usually though, if you're persistent they'll take it anyway. I'd try it again at a different time of day or at another BI-LO if you have another one close.
