In the recent past, they have been changing the item before the expiration date.

Is the program being phased out or can we expect a new coupon on 9/28?

Good to know. So far, I've found no way to get any advance info on what coupon will be offered. Just gotta take the survey and be surprised.

I'm sorry if this has already been asked but what's this about a survey? I shop at bi lo a few times a week but I've never heard of this, is it something to do in the store and what do you get? Thanks

There is a website and a code listed at the bottom of every Bi-Lo receipt. You log on and enter the code and answer questions about your shopping experience. You will submit the survey and then you can print your coupon for the free Souther Home/ Full Circle item of the month. It is in PDF format so I print as many as I think I will use (can use one per shoppping trip) before it expires.

Can anyone confirm the Nov. 15th date?
I entered a code today and the page where you print the coupon says it expires Oct. 26th.

Anyone got a scoop, on the upcoming, and new, coop-on?

When I printed mine back on the 1st, the expiration date was 11/15 but I haven't done another survey since then. I do know that our store was totally out of them last time I checked though!
