Competitor Coupons

I have a few printable Publix coupons that say Publix Coupon at the top. However, there is no barcode on these coupons. Would Bi-Lo accept these coupons as competitor coupons?

It looks like different BI-Lo's are saying different things about what they will and will not take as competitor coupons. Although the official policy says they accept coupons from other grocery and drug stores, its YMMV so far. It would probably be best to call your local store and ask them.

My store has always taken them, however they will only take 3 per transaction.
