I would agree. Publix is based in Florida; it doesn't double coupons in Florida (I've lived there and have relatives who still do). Nevertheless, Publix doubles coupons outside of Florida because it needs to complete.

Chattanooga, TN. Up to .60. The last time they had super triples up to .99 was about 3 or 4 years ago.
