I shop at BI-LO all the time and iv been couponing for years thanks to my mother-in-law...(I still miss you Goldie).... but im confused. Do all the stores do that?

You can print the coupons from bilos site and then you should be able to use them at any bilo. I havent heard of any of the stores not participating in this program.
