BI-LO ~ Question how can I find out when my fuel perks expire?

I'm not seeing any expiration date on my receipt.

I had .05 in fuel perks and they expired June 30th and I could not use them because the only station that accepts them is BP and their prices are at least a nickel higher than the rest.
Now I have 10 cents in perks and wonder when they expire.
Could .05 of them expire before the rest?

Fuelperks expire 3 months after they are first issued. The bottom of your receipt will tell you if you have any fuelperks expiring the current month. Also you can go to bi-lo.com and sign in to the website to check your fuelperks balance and see an itemized list of when fuelperks were earned and how many, etc.

I am unable to login or sign up. I have called customer service for help.

I do not remember my user name and password and it won't send it to me.
And it won't let me enter a long list of info with what it says is with the correct user name and password.

Hopefully they change the program so when you use your fuel perks and then have 0, all future perks can be used and accumulated until you use them.

I've been getting an expiration date on my receipt, too late to use what I have. It is clearly not a good programs for low dollar shoppers.
They expire before you can use them, and I can not use them because 4 stations in my town, on their website, do not take them. It's BP or nothing, and BP has the highest gas prices in town.

I got a call from customer service at Bi-Lo, and user name and password are case sensitive, all capital letters, etc.

It says I have no perks that expire at the end of July, and I am 1/2 way to another .05, so I should have .15 before August 31st.

They must be having trouble getting stations to accept it.
We have Shell and Sunoco stations but only BP is participating.

Great promotion for volume shoppers.
Keep in mind that $200 in grocery purchases = .20 per gallon and if your car holds 15 gallons that is $3.00 in gas savings. GREAT for volume shoppers, but if I am hovering around with .05 or .10 in perks, and BP has the highest prices in town, I might not be able to take good advantage of the program.

Hopefully other stations sign up..........

it would be super nice if the stations that accepted it could scan the perks card and get it to work. every time i have gone to use mine, the pump cant read the card (new card, not scratched)
