FYI What to do if you did not get your OYNO Catalina

To make this easier, I have think it would be helpful to have this posted where it is easy to find. I know I was looking for the email address the other day and it took me a few minutes to find it.

The email address is
NCSC@catalinamarketing.com

Send them an email with
-Store name and address
-time you were there
-what you bought
-your name and address

I also like to include that line right below "coupons Tendered" that has the date, time, store number, aisle number, cashier number and transaction number. Looks like this
3/24/10 9:34 AM 0121 33 0008 23


Or you can call (24 hours After your purchase)
1-888-8coupon, option 3



I have had sucess with both. I prefer to email, you can be stuck on hold for a little while with the other option-also in 24 hours I have forgotten to call and then was reminded 3 weeks later.

Does Bi-lo advertise what catalinas they are printing? ive seen people get them for $1.50 OFF a pet product purchase and $3.00 off the next shopping trip of $35.00 or more but I dont know how they earn them? any ideas??

are you supposed to get one for all transactions? I shopped there Sunday and didn't get one and didn't get one today either...

No, not every transaction. Sometimes they let us know what to expect but I don't think there are any catalina deals going on right now.

At my Bi-lo if I don't have one print and I know I should have, the CS manager (of who ever is on duty at the time) has always written me out a "raincheck" for the amount. For whatever reason, their cat printers are always broken.
