if you have to print color coupons, you can always set your printer to print on "DRAFT"...its faster and doesnt use as much ink (setting should be under properties)
I know other stores have that ruling, and I know some stores around me won't take IPs at all-though not mine. They are stores that have a high amount of fraudulent coupons given to them. I know at my store they have raincheck issues where people were getting a quanity of 40 I guess and now that particular store has a posted limit of 4 but in the next district over they have no limit. And I DO Print black and white, my color printer is so much slower (B+W is a Laser). I don't know what I would do if I had to have color ones-that would drive me nuts!

[quote=amiejoy;2275792]a manger told me that they were going to stop taking black and white ips! Why should I waste color ink on coupons? quote]
I had a similar issue at HT. They said do not clip the coupon, just bring the whole page you printed to clearly verify it is a real internet coupon.
The limit is 2 any way (at HT) so we all pay the price a little, on internet coupons with ink and paper.
I am printing mine in color because the closer the printed coupon looks like the one on your computer screen the better change management can clearly see it is real and not a phony. However, my color cartridge is running out of ink and the survey coupons I've been printing have alot of red and pink where other colors belong. And I print them on "scrap" paper that has misc. text on the other side. No issues at any of my 4 stores accepting these, either self scan or regular checkout line. If they do not scan and most do, as I hand it to the clerk, I say "I got this coupon from a your Bi-Lo survey website". I find it hard for them to refuse a coupon they are "offering" if you take the survey.
I found the policy online at Bi-Lo,I am not home right now to attach the link but it is posted on my site. The policy has NOT changed that I saw. The limit is double 10 LIKE coupons, nothing is mentioned about IPs. The managers need educated to the store policies....print it out and take it with you.
