"Any" implies any brand........
but to the left of the $2 off it says "national brand quality at store brand prices."
I remember similar coupons for free southern home chips. It did not say southern home had to be bought but the "national brand quality at store brand prices." implied that.
Do I have to use this $2/paper towels on Bi-Lo brands only?

I can understand your confusion. I think the smartest thing to do is talk to the store manager. We can have a dozen different opinions, but, the manager will have the final answer. Remember, these managers appreciate every dollar of business they get, even if it is from "us," the coupon freaks!
