Funstuff Quick and Easy Holiday Cocktails

So, I'll tell it like it is. My husband and I decided to have a New Year's Eve party very last minute. I'd like to serve different cocktails but don't know where to start.

There's the rub. I thought all of you lovely ladies and generous gentlemen would share your favorites with me (and the rest of the online crew).

TIA

HAPPY NEW YEAR!
I hope your 2008 is better than great!

I keep saying im going to try these from the Oprah show...

Oprah's Pom Martini's
  • 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice
  • 2 oz. Absolute Citron vodka OR white tequila
  • 1 oz. Cointreau liquor
  • Cup of ice
  • Optional: Splash of sparkling water
  • Optional: Squeeze of lemon
My friend makes great chocolate martinis. its Godiva chocolate Liquer (or any choc. liq) and smirnoff vodka.. (or any vodka)
serve in a martini glass with or without whip cream and a bit of choc syrup!
