(lol at the Milk-bone dog treats google ad that popped up underneath my post..)
I'm wanting to get into the benefits of juicing & I have a few questions for any of you who juice. Feel free to tell me what you know.

~What's your favorite drink?
~What brand of juicer do you have?
~Do you do just fruit or both fruit & veggies? (what tastes good together)
Thanks so much for any help you can offer in my new "healthy" venture.

Surely someone juices or has juiced in the past??
I ended up getting the Breville. It felt sturdier than the Jack LaLaine and got better reviews. Haven't used it yet...any suggestion, drinks or info? TIA.

only thing I can think of is at room temp fruits will give off more juice. with orange/lemon/limes/etc they say roll them on the counter pretty hard before juicing to get the most from them.
never tried other than one time eons ago, and squeezed oranges by hand that day, NEVER again I said. machines would definately help lol.
oh, I'd think orange and pineapple would be good, its one of my favs, wonder how it would be fresh.....yumm
