My other favorite smoothie:
4 oz. water
6 ice cubes
1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop Chocolate whey protien powder
1 T flax oil
2 T creamy natural peanut butter, microwaved until runny
1 T carob powder
This one has less fruit, so needs less water.

1/2 frozen banana
1 scoop vanilla whey protien powder
1 T flax oil
The banana and flax oil give a creamy texture without any dairy product, and the whey adds a big boost of protien. Very tasty, and very healthy!

There is a smoothie recipe on the new IP cheerios Q:
1 C Yogurt
1/2 C Cheerios cereal
2T ground flaxseed or flaxseed meal
1/2 C Fresh Fruit
1/2 C skim milk
1/2 banana, sliced
Blend on high unit smooth - 2 servings
Sounds pretty good - I might try one today!
