I got a list of stores from my brother-in-law who lives in california and he said these are a list of stores filing for bankruptcy: I have included some links to articles. > Hollywood Video > Levitz > Sharper Image > Performance Team Freight > Linens n Things NEWS > Curcuit City > Bed, Bath and Beyond !! After doing some research myself...I found like this store, isn't on the list, yet anyways, for bankruptcy. From the looks of things, BBBY has thought about buying Linens n things but couldnt come up withthe money. There is no word yet on wether bbby will close or not.  Anybody know about the implication for warranties and bankruptcies? DH has a warranty on his xbox360 for circuit city and with the issues in the past with the live downloads I would like to keep a warranty around. It was much easier to go thru circuit city and let them deal with microsoft!! |

snopes article regarding bankruptcy and gift cards, etc.
I did some searching and found that my LNT is not on the closure list...I am glad. They accept mall gift certificates, and I get one every Christmas and spend at LNT. |
