PPEF via gift paid directly to the HHH fund
CC sent via certified mail to HCW staff (bugface711).

Shipping: Free- Shipping will be figured into the gift certificate (so keep this in mind when ordering). All other items donated will be shipped by the donating member at their expense.

Not redeemable for cash
To be redeemed by one person only (hcw stipulation)
Must have/set up an account to use your certificate. If you are not an existing customer, the first step is to set up an account and email the owner ot let them know your member name, email, real name & the amount you won.
We will send this to them ahead of time so please send it to us if you win.
