So what is a dutch auction? A dutch auction is an auction where there are multiple sets of an item up for bid. You may bid on either 1 set, 2 sets up to all the sets but each bid you make will be multiplied by the amount of sets you buy. Example:
2 sets of Eggo (10 coupons each set) 2 Forever Stamps -
This equates to you bidding on 20 coupons for a total of 4 stamps
