New Auction Rule & How it may Affect Your Feedback

This notice is being placed in every auction, so please bear with us while we get the word out to everyone...


Effective 6/29/09: Sellers who do not declare auction winners and contact their bidders will be left appropriate feedback by the auction or trade forum mods.

The rules state that sellers have 24 hours to declare their winner after the auction ends. Please take this into consideration when setting up an auction. By failing to follow through with an auction in a timely manner, our members are being inconvenienced & their bids/coupons are being tied up. Therefore, in fairness to all bidders, we feel this should be noted in a sellers feedback.

Please know that we do understand that occasionally something happens to prevent a seller from declaring a winner in a timely manner.
Therefore, this new feedback policy is at the discretion of the forum mods.
