Bidding:
Bidding to begin at 2.00 or 5 stamps. Please bid in increments of .50 or one stamp. Bidder will pay .42 for shipping which will be added on after the auction (BIN amount includes shipping).
Payment:
Payments via PP (existing funds), RME, CC & unused postage stamps.
