Due to manufacturers placing more & more restrictions on coupons, we are asking all sellers to review their coupons and make sure all restrictions and disclosures are listed. Failure to do so may result in a warning/infraction.

Here's what we're looking for: basically just the purchasing limits. i.e. One per person/household; one per visit; one per customer; one coupon for item(s) indicated. Even if the coupon says "one per purchase," please disclose this, so that there's no doubt that you have read the fine print.

If there's any unusual restrictions, like not valid in a particular state, this needs to be stated also. Basic info, such as "you pay sales tax, void if transferred, etc.," does not need to be included.

thought I'd pop in to mention I am making and posting templates in my HCW blog for usage by anyone...keeps me from going nuts

Don't forget ...
You don't need the YEAR in your auction title. To make auctions easy to search by date, auctions should be in the mm/dd format.

For example, when you list your auction, it should read something like: Auction #1: 10 coupons for spa treatment Ends 12/09 8PM CST. If your auction ends January 2, 2009, you would list the date as 01/02.
