Would somebody be nice enough to tell me where you buy the latches for these?

I don't even know what the latches are called!!


I have some momento socks from my first (and only) daughter that I would like to do this to for her Nana.

You're looking at maybe $10 each frame. It seems like it's hard to find ones that are small enough and are simple.
