Buy a big pair of granny panties and embellish it with glitter paint and the words 'HOTTIE', or something similar. This would work for a 60th birthday.

Don't think it's ever too late to add an idea.

One year I took a few things from my stockpile such as Bald Guyz Head Wipes , mens razors, shaving gel and we added a small funny/bad talking parrot (that was just something extra, didn't really go along with the theme but was funny. lol)

Everyone had a riot and it was great because the person who got it really did look like they needed it. LOL!!

I just did a ton for my dad last year, and am doing more for my Stepdads 50th coming up next month.

I'm sure I'll think of more to add later, but here's some I can remember...
