Thanks for the advice..yea...we want to focus on my dad...but I am at a loss...there is absolutely nothing out there that I can see that has anything to do with the freemasons or the eastern star. The reason why we are bringing in the eastern star is because, you can't be a member of the OES unless a family member is a part of the masons...so they technically "sponsor" the OES. So we thought in order to "beef" up the book, it would be good to include some of the activities that the mason's assisted the ES with during the year my father was worshipful.
I guess we will just have to settle for the standard colors, gold/blues/burgundies...etc...masculine colors. and yes...for the OES it is an upside down star with green/yellow/blue/red and white as the color of each point.
