For my daughters wedding we took 2 hersheys kisses (with the paper on) glued the flat ends together, then wrapped foil paper in her wedding color, then used florist wire and wrapped the stem up to and including the bottom kiss. It looked like a budding rose. and cheap.

Ours was an outdoor wedding. We did hand fans with our program on them. Big hit and relatively cheap, but time consuming to do.

Thanks for all the ideas. The wedding is June 17, 2011. We are having an outdoor ceremony on the Chesapeake Bay with the reception in a air conditioned tent. I have a couple of ideas so far and will update when I decide.

I shop at CVS, Shoppers and Shoprite. I can double up to $0.99 and sometimes triple up to $0.40.
