Default Inexpensive Co-worker Christmas gift ideas

I want to come up with something small for about 20 people in my department. Any ideas? I saw a cute idea at Walmart but $5 per person is a bit out of my price range. It was a cute Christmas pot holder with a bag of cookie mix inside and a mini spatula attached. Anyone know where I could get the pot holders or mini spatulas at a good cost? Any other suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

5X20=$100 I think I would make cookies or cupcakes, fudge or something like that and call it a day. Heck for $100 you could cook a whole meal for them.

I got potholders at walgreens for .69 (with Christmas patterns) and 2/$1 (plain colors) last year.

I've seen wooden spoons at the $ store with 3-4 in a pack.

We're more 'family-style' at my work- I just made a big batch of goodies and passed them around the office, no gift wrap needed.

I get my coworkers something every year too. It's usually lotto tickets. This year I did Rite Aid's double pack tins of cookies $3.49 each BOGO with the Heineken Premium Entertaining rebate. So I paid 34.90 for 40 tins of butter cookies and submitted a $20 rebate. I'll put a little ribbon and bow on them and call it a day.

Great ideas everyone! I ordered some really cute ornament kits today from Oriental Trading and I think I'll make everyone one of those and bake some homemade goodies as well.
