We have decided on a jewelry making party for our daughter's 7th birthday. Any ideas would be appreciated. I was thinking of going to Michael's (with coupons of course) but not to sure where to start.
Just saw your post, but I'm not sure if you still need any ideas. For a 7 year old, a stretchy bracelet might be a good way to go. You can get come stretchy thread and brightly colored plastic beads (and maybe a few charms, but you'd need to watch out for lead content since they're so young) and have the girls put together bracelets. All you'd have to do is tie the knots for them. It would probably be the most economical, too, since they sell plastic beads in giant bags, and you could get a spool or two of thread. And don't forget the Michael's coupons from the Sunday paper!
Workin' hard for the deals in a land of 'sometimes' doubles.
