Default thinking about handmade valentines again

I can't believe that I'm actually thinking about this already and not scrambling around the few days before the kids' valentine's day parties at school!!!

I'm trying to figure out what I want to make and can't decide, so I'd love some crafty cutesy kidsy valentines that the boys can help me make for their friends. The less glue the better though because my 4 year old's obsession with too much glue almost gives me hives. :hectic1:

I thought about making little heart people out of plastic canvas that could also be magnets for the kids, but the thought of making 20+ pairs of small hands and feet doesn't appeal to me. Maybe for the teachers I could do that, but not for the 22 kids in one class and 15 kids in the other class.

I found a couple of cute ones at this site (Last year we did the Wheel fun ones and everyone LOVED them.)

So far my favorite one is Mutts About You, but I'm not completely loving it, so I'm open to more suggestions.

Lesley, I know you said no glue-- but this dinosaur is really cute. (It has glue AND paint!)

Ideas for Really Cute Valentines Day Crafts - Associated Content

The author also posted a picture with the article that enlarges if you click it. It helps the directions make more sense if you see what they are referring to before you read the how to part.

ETA: It might be easier for the glue monster if you take a little apple sauce or pudding cup and put some watered down glue in it and use a cheap small paintbrush (like from a watercolor set) to have him apply the glue.

I have an almost 16 year old that plans to hand out 100 valentines to her friends at school. The above ones are really cute, but no chance I am doing 100.

Anyone have any suggestions for cute, easy and a little more 16-ish?

Maybe some kind of cute saying with a candy attached or something like that.

TIA

One year I did really simple Valentines. I cut out hearts in red and pink paper - all different sizes and then put two small slits in the center at a slant - then put lollipops through each one (like it was an arrow). Not sure if that makes sense written out but they were really cute.
