I lost the store's addresses. Most of them I was able to re-add but, not all. Can you please check any store that you originally put in and if the address is missing pm it to me?

Thanks!

Orange, CT store - Terrible employees that don't know how to take coupons. They WILL give you a hard time and examine each coupon with a fine toothed comb, then they will still not understand and probably not let you use the coupons.. Had to file a complaint with customer service. Store manager also not helpful, his name is Ed. District Manager Steve was understanding and mailed me a 25 dollar gift card and said he is trying to retrain the employees

Milford, CT - downtown - Nice store, stacking allowed. Manager Mike is very helpful and will even help you find the best deals. Great store

Derby, CT ( route 34 ) - Great store, nice stock.. they have a GREAT clearance section which I LOVE. Stacking allowed. The cashiers get a kick when you use a lot of coupons. Only one cashier around 5-10pm. Great store.

For the most part, all of the stores are pretty friendly. The best stores are 50th/Indiana and Brownfield Highway.

Tampa, FL. If you are going to visit Busch Gardens, stop in the nearby CVS on Fowler and 30th. SUPER friendly people. ECB items are USAULLY available. 24 hr store. Do NOT go to the one right across the street from Busch Gardens. They are not nearly as coupon-friendly.

Lexington, KY New Circle Rd.
Friendly staff. Some are HCW viewers themselves. Encourage good deals. Good deals are usually gone by Monday morning. They do snatch up any good clearance stuff for themselves before it hits the floors sometimes but they are so nice I forgive them!
Truck day is Friday, it gets there about 1pm and usually takes them until 7 or 8pm to get it all unloaded.

Lincolnton, NC nice store , nice people, but they don't have alot of the ECB items. they said they hadn't had many ECb items in weeks and surronding stores were having similar problems, maybe 2-3 items and store managers were upset because they couldn't build their endcaps.
Mt. View NC hwy 127 same problem.

Oceanside, Ca- store on Frazee- store is clean. The night crew is really sweet and VERY helpful. One employee told me to come back on Th. mornings because they get deliveries on Wed. night. The day crew managers are sticklers and try to tell you the order to present coupons and get upset when you have a low oop.

Vista, Ca. - Store on North Santa Fe /Bobier- Great day crew. They are always in stock of items and the day crew is always excited by how low I get my oop. The Photo tech is especially nice and has helped me with deals. Clean store.

Oceanside, Ca.- Douglas/North River store. Very clean. Out of stock often. Crew is NOT very knowledgeable about coupons.

Escondido, Ca. - Valley Parkway/Citron store. Always in stock. Crew is not very knowledgeable, but to my advantage. They always push things through without question.

Escondido, Ca- El Norte/Center City Parkway- out of stock of ECB freebies always. Awesome and friendly manager though. He always is smiling and tries to help out when he can.

Indianapolis, IN Stores are very good -- especially the ones I frequent on the South Side. The employees are all very helpful. Recently at the one I visit the most at I-135 and County Line Road there was an employee taking inventory near where I was looking for an item. She saw me there with my q trying to match a specific item and she was willing to go in the back to get something that may have been missing off the shelf! How nice is that? :giggle2:

Lawrenceburg, TN (326 N. Locust St.)- The ladies are so friendly at that store. My mom and me go there like once a week, so she's always telling us of hidden deals.

Columbia, TN (James Campbell Rd.)- They are sometimes freindly. Depends on whose working. Will take expired coupons as long as they are within the week. Only let you use one card. So if you have 2 cards, or you are picking up something for someone else you can't use 2 cards.

Columbia, TN (814 Nashville Hwy.)- Pretty friendly here. Seems like they have a lot of items on hand when we go there. Last trip they told me they were no longer taking internet coupons unless they are from CVS.

Store #8766: 6330 NORTH 76TH STREET, 76TH AND MILLROAD
MILWAUKEE, WI 53218

This store is small. Since there is a newer store pretty close, this store never has anyone in it and has lots of inventory of sale and EB items. Employees are coupon friendly. Has the new type scanner.

Store #1267:
7550 WEST PERKINS PLACE
MILWAUKEE, WI 53216

This store is newer and big and has pretty good inventory on EB and sale stuff. Employees are coupon friendly but somewhat uneducated depending on what you are trying to use. The manager is great to deal with. Has new type scanner.

Store #8764:
2135 SILVERNAIL ROAD
PEWAUKEE, WI 53188

This store is nice but it never has any items in stock. I try not to shop here because it is a waste of time. The employees are very coupon friendly but if there is not anything to buy who cares? I love the employees in this store. They are so nice! Wost inventory of the three. Old type scanner.

Store #9145:
9730 MISSION GORGE ROAD
Santee, CA 92071

Most of the cashiers are very friendly and know the coupon policy pretty well. Never had any ECB problems with them recently. I'd say their out of stock rate is pretty good. Never did find the SoftSoaps last month, but I expected that.

Store #9173:
2760 Fletcher Parkway
El Cajon, CA 92020

I love this store! The cashiers are very well trained and very friendly. There's one who's really nice and always greets me when I walk in and she knows I'm a big coupon shopper. Caught her one day training someone on the register and she said, "You'll see, she's a real good coupon shopper, watch." Then she was telling the girl, "With someone who has a lot of coupons, never put the coupons in the folder until they leave. I always stack them in front of me. That way if something goes wrong and they want to see what happened because they usually have it all planned out, you don't have to find all the coupons." :encourage19: I'd say their out of stock is about the same at the Santee store. Usually what I can't find at one I can find at the other unless it's a big thing like the SoftSoap.

Chester NJ - the cashiers are awesome, I've never had a problem using a coupon or working anything out. One of the managers (assistant maybe?) doesn't always know what's on sale, but isn't mean or anything, just a little clueless.

Randolph NJ - awesome store! The cashiers and the managers are so helpful and actually encourage you when you buy ECB items! I went last weekend and the asst. mgr. actually helped me find some items.

Woodbridge NJ (in Woodbridge mall) - the store is small so there isn't always a great selection. The cashiers are ok, but tend to be a little slow so the lines are usually pretty long.

Also in the San Diego, CA area:

The CVS on Navajo, the one on Jackson at the hill of Mission Gorge Road and the one on Broadway in El Cajon area also are very good and cashiers are nice and coupon friendly and love when my OOP gets to be less than a $1.

On the average they have most items in stock excpet for the freebies whcih most stores sell out of quick anyways, but the cashiers make it worth it.

One more note about the Santee store- I've found a great amount of outdated items on their shelves. A few months ago my daughter was sick and we went to get her some stomach remedy. There were 5 or 6 boxes of children's Pepto that were many months expired! I once bought a bottle of Rolaids that were over a year expired! I try to check everything before buying, but sometimes when I'm in a hurry I forget. I'm sure this happens everywhere (We found childrens flintstones vitamins last year that expired October 06!), but the Santee store seems to have an exceptionally high amount of expired items.

Store #1872 Middleboro, MA: Awesome, Wonderful, GREAT!!! My #1 Choice. Its a smaller store but almost always stocked with advertised items. They are more than willing to check out back for items Signs almost always up. The Employees are more than willing to help (They don't look upset when I walk in, They Smile and talk lol) Great with coupons, I never have a problem. Always things on clearance!! :BigHand:

Store #0913: Bridgewater, MA: Larger store, but NOT organized for the stores in my area. They are still putting signs up in the middle of the week. They don't start the week off with stock. They DO usually have the odd items that are hard to find in most stores. Employees, man they HATE coupons, If they beep they refuse them no matter what. They will not try a different way.

Store #0335: Raynham, MA: One of the larger stores, Stock goes very quick. Manager Super nice, She sees me coming and tells me where she put all the deals haha.. The cashiers, they hate coupons. Never rude but you can tell by the look on their face they dont want to deal with them.

Wareham, MA: There are 2 here, I dont go often. When I do they are nice about coupons, but dont always have items in stock.

I DO shop in the morning. So the stores could be different at nights. I drop my daughter off at preschool and go shop till she is done!! LOL Now that I have more stores around, Im excited. With the price of gas, I just stay around town. Going home and back costs to much.. So going shopping for free stuff is much better!!! HAHA.. What will I do when school is out? I will lose my 4hour CVS shopping time LOL
As I searched for the store names, I found 2 more stores in my area I did not know about!!! Thats 7 stores I can shop at!!!
2 in wareham - close to were I live
3 near my daughters school
2 near where I go grocery shopping.. Im so happy!!!

Most of the cashiers are friendly. I can tell one or two of the cashiers do not really like to wait on me - they know I have lots of coupons.

I wish they would do a better job of stocking the weekly sale items. They are in the process of building a new store, and I am hoping it will be larger and have more inventory.

Very coupon user friendly store, the manager rocks and the younger male cashiers are WONDERFUL, Look for Jeff, he's a total doll, he's quite coupon savy, showed another cashier how to work the 3/$15 so it would behave correctly.

This store appears to be generously stocked with hot items and they've got no problem going in the back to hunt for more or writing you a rain check .

Snellville, GA - Everson Rd and Scenic Hwy. Manager is extra nice, same with cashiers. Well stocked, ( except for the colgate total advance) Manager is beyond helpful and cashiers are very friendly. Well stocked, if you don't see it on the floor the manager has no problem looking in the back for it.

Lawrenceville, GA - Five Forks Trickum and Dogwood Rd. Not a single sales or ECB offer was in the store with the products, Very hard to identify what did and didn't qualify for offers. Not stocked very well. Didn't get a real chance to speak with anyone there but I won't go back if they are too lazy to even bother with marking sale items.

Cuz - When I click on the link "CVS Store Reviews" it takes me to the CVS spreadsheet, but I dont see any reviews there?

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm just blind lol....

Here's the update:

505 rt. 530 Whiting, NJ store - no scanner at all - New Manager and mainly new staff are pretty knowledgeable about coupons.

Lacey Road - Whiting, NJ store - BRAND NEW STORE - scanner - doesn't print coupons - Very nice store, rarely has many shoppers there. They usually have a large amount of the sale and ECB deals in stock, though they tend to often completely miss some items but have way too many of others. Staff is very friendly.

Route 37 - Toms River, NJ - Remodeled store - has scanner - doesn't print coupons - This store is huge now and tends to have everything in stock. Staff does not seem to be very knowledgeable about coupons and especially rainchecks. Overall friendly store though.

Tecumseh MI: The employees are pretty nice. One gave me a dollar so I didn't have to use my credit card for a $.61 transaction. The manager I've seen is a pretty nice woman and was willing to chat with me a bit. They're usually out of stock of the really good deals, but they make up for it in being nice.

Adrian MI: This store just got a scanner this week. One of the employees was REALLY NICE, let me use all my coupons the way I wanted and even pushed through a couple peelies I wasn't expecting to use. Their stock is usually pretty good. I've only had to deal with a manager once and when there was a snafu with my coupons and I tried to apologize he said 'Nope, don't you apologize, that's what the coupons are for -- saving money!'

Concord, NC- LOVE them! I never have any issues whatsoever with using any coupons. They take whatever I hand over (on the specified products, of course) and if they have to push some through I never get any questions. The managers are super nice and are happy for me when I get a great deal (all the time!) This is my only store since its only about 2 minutes from my house and I'm in there about 4 times a week, 5 on a good sale week. I always get a smile and a hello as soon as I walk in the door. They are great with having things in stock and if they happen to be out on rare occasion, they are happy to give me a free raincheck for the next time I'm in. I even got a raincheck on Saturday night for photobooks since I showed up at 9:30 and the machines were already off. I highly recommend this store!

This is my go to store. They are in the middle of a store remodel/re-set, but everything is usually very well labeled and marked. Only once was I confused about an ECB item. Very coupon friendly - never been denied a coupon use. Favorite cashiers are a black woman and an Indian woman (maybe from photo). will take outdated coupons and you do not need to do multiple transactions. Love this store!

Chino, Ca...Central and Philadelphia Ave.
This store is less than 6 months old. Very nice. The cashiers are very cool about coupons and they hardly even look at them, they just scan the whole pile. The managers are pretty cool. I ve had incidents where my ECBs didnt print out and they just gave me cash. This is my favorite store.

Montclair, Ca....Holt and Ramona
Crappy store. The cashiers never know how to handle coupons or adjust them. And the worst thing...they have NO shopping carts! Apparently homeless people take off with them every time the get some so they quit getting new ones. I dont think it is just homeless people though. I live in a very poor area and alot of people push the carts home. I hate this store because of this. I have 2 little ones and I cannot take them because one is an infant and one is a 2 year old with busy hands. No carts makes this place impossible.

Carbondale, IL
This is by far my favorite store. They are sometimes out of the really good sales, but will write rainchecks for any of them. If the item you are wanting is an ecb earner, they will write the raincheck for you to get a gift card in the amount of the ecb you would have earned when you buy the item, even if it is a free after ecb item!
The last time I was in there I noticed they had something in stock that I had a raincheck for, but my coupon for the item expired. The cashier told me that they will take the expired coupons for up to a month after they expire if you have a raincheck for the item.
They will also take expired ecb's for up to a month after they expire.
For the most part, the cashiers are all super friendly and have no problem with how many coupons I use. They all know how to adjust them properly. I mainly shop at this store now so they all pretty much know me by now. They like to chit chat while I am shopping and a couple of them have even asked how I get such great deals. They are also very friendly with my two little girls. They will sometimes stop and talk to them when I am looking at stuff in the store.

Mobile, AL Dauphin/Florida Street--Really nice store. Clean, spacious, very friendly pharmacists. Coupon friendly and always courteous. My favorite!!!!

Schillinger near Airport--again, helpful and very quick pharmacy (promises rx's in 15 minutes). Nice pharmacy, coupon friendly.

Govt Street near Downtown--hateful pharmacist/manager. Not coupon friendly at all. Workers otherwise seem dumb. I boycotted that store.

St Clairsville, OH- this is an awesome store! I am in there about 2x a week and the cashiers all know me by now. They are mostly all very friendly. The manager is awesome! She even held my 5 mo old who was fussing while I was checking out. Now she talks to her every time she sees her and the other cashiers refer to her as "Grandma Cheryl" LOL. Another person came to check out while she was holding DD and she rang them up w/ DD on her hip! It was all I could do not to get the camera out of my diaper bag and take a pic!

They are very coupon friendly, always try to answer any questions I have, never get upset at multiple transactions, etc.

I will say though, that the head pharmacy girl Linda is not very pleasant. Maybe it's just not her personality to smile but she just seems cold and annoyed all the time.

Tampa, FL - Busch Gardens area

30th & Fowler - Excellent, friendly
40th & Busch - Okay, no problems, but stiff..they watch you like a hawk..like U may steal something...possibly a result of the tourist area??
Florida & Busch - Very helpful, good with rainchecks and helpful about the sales
56th & Busch - Idiots...told me repeatedly that there is NO Thanksgiving/Black Friday sale...called twice & even spoke with the manager.

My CVS is in Forney, TX. The managers are awesome and will even go to the back to see if they have more of something. My only problem is that there are some couponers that use many cards each visit to the store and sweep the store of all the sales on Sunday morning right after they open. So if you are a church going kind of a person, you won't get any sales early in the week, you'll have to wait for the truck to come in.

Okay, I'll represent Michigan's thumb.

Store #8053 Gratiot Blvd., Marysville, MI- The staff is so great and coupon friendly. Manager is as well, she'll even show you where all the great deals are.

Store #8301 Lapeer Ave., Port Huron, MI- Worst store ever! Right Guard ECBs didn't print so she called the manager (who never left his office) who proceeded to tell the cashier to write on the back of my receipt that I was owed $35.00 ECBs. I took it to #8053 and the manager there printed it for me. Then she had to go to #8301 and train the manager how to force print the ECBs. Insane, they never know what's going on.
Store

Store #8117 3530 Pine Grove Ave, Port Huron, MI- I've never had a problem, but nothing outstanding. This is definitely my number 2 store.

my CVS is in Stanley, NC on HWY 27..but I am hoping they will build one closer to me. I love this store, the cashiers all think it is great how I can get a lot of stuff for cents on the dollar and some even have taken coupon tips from me. I am not crazy about two of the managers there though, because they aren't nearly as nice as the others, but I just try not to deal with them unless need be. they sigh and seem irritated when I want to do more than one transaction. I just prefer my other ladies and the little guy too.

My cvs isn't that big though, I guess because this is a small town, they didn't want to make the store too big or something. there is not much clearance room or large sections of everything, but I am only 1 of 4 heavy couponers that frequent this store, so I normally get to have all my deals. I go on Sunday morning, just in case, plus they are expecting me now lol and if I don't show or I am late they wonder why. lol I feel loved!

:hello8: My CVS is in Watkinsville, GA and is only about 6 months old. Absolutely love the store! I just started CVSing about 2 months ago and did my first big deal on Thanksgiving morning. The clerk that morning actually loved how well I did and dug through my pile of coupons to be sure I used everything I could!:BigHand: She was great. Also had a great experience on 12/21 with the clerk even though some of the items weren't in stock or were short to complete my deals. The store is very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Oconee County, where Watkinsville is located is the most affluent county in Georgia which has pluses and minuses for my couponing...definitely not as many couponers to compete with, but you are certainly looked down upon using the coupons:emb1:...you would think I was using food stamps!:hysterical6: When I get the dirty looks I just put on my :dealwithit:

I'm lucky in St Pete FL to have 5 CVS's all easily accessible in a 7 mile loop from my home!

54th Ave S. & 34th St S. ~ has the most items in stock & is a 24hr store. The staff is very helpful and does not mind multiple transactions (w/ the exception of one woman, I'll be nice & not name her here!). With that exception, they LOVE $0.00 due transactions! They will NOT write rainchecks on XtraBux free items here even if you bring them a copy of corporate policy.

Central & 34th St. ~ is shiny & new. Some staffers are unfamiliar w/ coupon policy but I'm teaching them quickly! Only beef is the free standing scanner has been out of paper for 2+ months & that bugs me to no end! Complaints to Mgmt. haven't been successful, next is an email to corporate! They WILL write rainchecks on all sale items here.

Central at 58th St ~ usually out of stock, impatient staff, dirty bathroom. Only go here if there's something specific on hold from calling ahead. Have no clue about rainchecks cuz I try to avoid 'em.

Gulfport Blvd, So. Pasadena ~ AWESOME! Staff love's couponer's, are happy to go out back for additional stock, will tell about sticky coupons I may have missed, stock is shaky sometimes but they make up for it with the jokes & smiles! They will NOT write rainchecks on XB freebies however they will accept them from other stores (strange??).

Gulf Blvd, SP Beach ~ Staff sucks, REAL tight about coupons, Mgr acts like he's doing you a personal favor instead of doing his job, only good thing is the location = few couponers/CVSer's so the stock is usually ok. Never bothered w/ rainchecks here cuz they're so snotty about everything else I'm afraid to ask lol

And those are the stores I love I love I love
those are the stores I love

Tallahassee, Florida:

Store #4478
3831 NORTH MONROE STREET
TALLAHASSEE, FL 32303
850-536-0417
*This is a great store, usually have weekly ECB items in stock on Sunday, good about refilling monthly items, too. Customer service is almost always top-notch. :BigHand: Has 2 coupon printers as well.

Store #4639
5810 NORTH MONROE STREET
TALLAHASSEE, FL 32303
850-562-9348
* Avoid this one like the plague. The store manager is VERY anti-coupon, and makes the employees anti-coupon as well. A few good cashiers, but overall I'd say its more trouble than its worth. No coupon printer at all, and consistently out of stock. They also won't write RC for ECB items.

Store #710
1708 NORTH MONROE STREET
TALLAHASSEE, FL 32303
850-385-6136
*Another great store, great customer service, out of stock alot (but this one is in town and is 24 hrs, whereas the prior one are a little out of the way) but will write rainchecks no problem. Also has coupon printer.

There are many more in Tally, but these are the only ones I frequent. :wavehi:

Brookfield, IL on Broadway--Nice, big, clean store with a coupon scanner. Some employees nicer than others (none are rude, just some nicer than others), definitely my fave so far. **UPDATE** Not really my favorite store anymore--getting lots of "coupon" attitude lately & had to make a complaint to corporate about them.**

Brookfield, IL on Ogden--Small store, coupon scanner, takes competitor's coupons (don't know if this is a corporate or store policy). Never shopped there but I interviewed there and while I was waiting, saw how nice the employees are (I really should go there!) **I shopped here for the first time on Saturday. Cashier that was there tried to find me a Gillette Fusion Gamer Razor, she probably spent 10 + minutes looking for it, couldn't find it and offered me a raincheck with ECBs. Store is small but clean.**

Forest Park, IL on Harlem--Small store, coupon scanner not working today, dirty items on shelves (think exploded shampoo), checkout employee took care of someone who wasn't even waiting in line before me (first, and probably last, time at this store today)

Oak Park, IL on Roosevelt--Small store, didn't see a coupon scanner but didn't really look for one, employee who checked me out was nice (first time at this store today) **They DO have a coupon scanner**

Oak Park, IL on Madison--Small store, day I was in there-no sale items that I was looking for

for everyone living in lower wisconsin or upper illinois!! the Zion manager at CVS named xxxxxx was FIRED:BigHand:!! :BigHand:, the assistant who was at the Northside Kenosha CVS now has his own store! how cool!! !! He is a nice guy. not quite as coupon friendly as the northside and southside managers but not a jerk like that xxxxx was with humiliating couponers in front of other customers!! I am over the top thrilled!! i hope xxxx does not land at a walgreens now!! LOL but his attitude would fit with that company in many locations!! :hysterical:

Tampa Florida (Northwest/Citrus Park area)

Gunn and Anderson: Currently A+ and my favorite store, but there was just some big shakeup with management and nearly all the staff is different now, so I brace myself whenever I'm about to ring out with a newbie cashier. (Linda and Jason, I miss ya!!!) So far, everything is still great - very coupon friendly, stuff is nearly always in stock, coupon printer works, and shelf tags are up to date. No problem with rainchecks either.

Ehrlich and Lynn Turner: A-. This is a test store so there are sometimes some differences. But the staff is friendly, shelves are stocked, and they are getting used to me coming in every sunday morning. The only drawback is that the shelf tags are not always up to date - but that is balanced by the fact that one particularly awesome cashier sat there for a good 5 minutes wrote me a stack of rainchecks to get like a year's supply of cheap Ensure, back when I was caring for a sick family member. Will never forget that!

Hillsborough and Hanley - B-. 24 hour store. Day staff is great - there is one older lady there who is always proud of me when I work a good deal, but I was once treated VERY rudely by a night shift cashier. In general there's stock, but their coupon printer only works about half the time.

Bethel, CT The store is fairly new and the employees are great. The manager is helpful but only when forced. I swear when he sees me walk into the store he goes to lunch. I rarely have a coupon problem. They look them over to be sure I am buying the correct product and that they aren't expired but they never give me trouble. A few have made comments about my coupon book and they laugh when I walk up to the register with a spreadsheet.

Danbury, CT just off Main Street Friendly staff but always seriously under-staffed. I rarely even see a manager in this CVS, just one clerk and one pharmacy person. If you need to have a void done or need any kind of approval, the line starts to back up. It is usually quiet there but it is definitely under-staffed

Columbus, OH

I am fortunate to be surrounded by CVS's.

Neil Avenue (near Arena District): This is the only store I have found with a scanner. Since it is 3 minutes from my office, I tend to stop there after work to scan my card. The cashiers are OK, not rude but a little crazy. One woman gets flustered easily and actually told me that I wouldn't get ECBs back if I paid with ECBS (she must be a previous Wags employee?!?) and of course I did get the ECBs. There are much better stores but I stop here often because of the scanner.

Bethel Road and Jasonway: Nice employees, generally well-stocked. Really nice manager named Dan. I actually submitted a nice comment about him on CVS.com yesterday.

Henderson Road: Super-nice manager there, not sure of his name. He ran around on Sunday morning trying to help me find more varieties of Coke for the Coke deal, and then told me when their next shipment was coming in so I could come back for more. Store employees are friendly too.

Tremont Road: So-so store. Night employees are cool but the Sunday morning employees are a little brusque. Of course this is the closest to my home, so I tend to shop here on the weekends.

Atlanta, GA - I'm fortunate to have numerous CVS's within a reasonable distance. I've only been CVSing for a few weeks now, so haven't gotten to know the staff at most stores and haven't picked up on all the trends of when trucks come in, when stock sells out, etc.

#4661 Bolton Rd. - This store is the closest and I pass it usually once or twice a day so I consider it my "home" store. It's fairly new (moved from a strip center next door to a nice, new freestanding store) and well-stocked. The cashiers are friendly and don't mind my couponing. The downside to it being new is that there's not really much in the way of clearance items, and being in the city, I think the prices are a little higher than some of the suburban stores.

#2082 Peachtree Rd near Piedmont Hospital - An older, busy store, but pretty well-stocked.

#2943 Peachtree St in Midtown - Underground parking - great for rainy days! Good stock, friendly employees.

I have only recently started shopping at CVS. I used to work for Walgreen's so I was a bit loyal to them. Also, with my employee discount on top of the sales and coupons, I paid just pennies for deodorant, razors, shampoo, body wash etc. Now I go where the best deals are.

Everyone at my local CVS is really friendly :wavehi:, and patient with me while I do my coupons (they take them and scan them in the order that I want them done) and they don"t mind my multiple transactions (I let others go ahead of me when need be).

Even the manager is great; and the high school age girls that work there don't mind the multiple transactions and coupons.

When the Manager checks me out and I do one transaction and an ECB prints with my receipt, he will ask me if I want to use it for my next transaction, and even tear it from the receipt for me and take the coupons in the order that I would like to use them in.

Fantastic manager and employees (with the exception of one). They are very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to make customers happy, and bend over backwards to make right anything that goes wrong with a transaction. They are coupon friendly and know what they're doing, and they get a kick out of me having a low OOP.

Now about that one exception, I cringe when I see him behind the cash register, because he scrutinizes every coupon, and will even reject coupons that are legit, even after I try to explain to him why he should take the coupon (he just doesn't understand coupons and how they work). I can't help but wonder if he used to work at Walmart. :hysterical:

The store is small but clean. My biggest gripe is they don't seem to stock the shelves enough for the sales so they run out too quick and I end up having to get rainchecks, which I HATE doing. But they don't mind at all writing me out the rc's and I have no problem using the rc's there later. Actually, rc's are useful for getting your total up for a $/$$, but I just hate trying to keep up with them.

We're lucky. There are lots of CVSs in So. Cal.

I went to one the other day, got all excited because they actually had the 3-day-sale back-to-school items that I' had been to several stores trying to find in stock.)

After I checked out, I noticed I had not gotten any of the ECBs for the rainchecks.

The shift manager would not accept the rainchecks from other stores. Was not at all helpful and not even trying to be nice about it. They don't give raincheck on 3-day sales. I told her I'd been to several store on all 3 days trying to get those items. She said, "Some customers call in advance to see if their stores have the items."

No logic worked with her. I am going to call. Not to see if they have "advertized" sale items in stock, but to talk to her store manager about that situation. That's a good way to lose me and others as a customer. It was frustrating as I had just wasted a lot of time shopping and then having to wait to get my money back for those raincheck items.

Luckily, I have a great store close to where I work, with a couple of really great cashiers and a wonderful pharmacy clerk. Only problem there is that they do get sold out quickly.

Thanks for listening to me while I grumbled. :giggle2:

Anyway, a word of caution.... figure out how many ECBs you should be getting and take the time to check to make sure you got them. I find that I often don't get them on the rainchecks. They have to force them through.

Chardon, Ohio - I absolutely LOVE this CVS. The employees and manager are all nice. They don't mind using coupons or doing multiple transactions, and think it is neat when we spend little for large amounts of merchandise. Only once did one of the cashiers seem to be getting a little frustrated - she had to write about 10 rainchecks because they did not have much in stock. That is the one con about this store - they are NOT well stocked.

Middlefield, Ohio - I haven't shopped here much, like the Chardon store better. Employees are fine, I guess. They do not have a price checking machine however so you cannot scan your card and get extra coupons.

22421 PONTIAC TRAIL
SOUTH LYON, MI 48178
I've been shopping at this store for many months, and there are only two nice employees (one guy that usually works nights and a girl from the photolab). The assistant manager made a scene and practically called me a thief in front of the other customers once because I asked her to take a coupon that beeped, due to the fact that the wording of the coupon allowed for the item I was purchasing-very unprofessional. Definitely NOT coupon friendly. They have good clearance, but can run out or be understocked on some FAECB items (24 hour store). They do have the RIB magazines.

61019 SILVER LAKE ROAD
SOUTH LYON, MI 48178
Very nice staff here, and very helpful if you need help finding something. Coupon friendly. They tend to run out of FAECB items quickly, and they're clearance is ok but not great. They do NOT have the RIB magazines.

57090 TEN MILE ROAD
SOUTH LYON, MI 48178
Excellent staff here, willing to push through difficult coupons/transactions. Always willing to let me do two consecutive transactions, and telling me I don't have to get back in line when I offer to. They're a little understocked but usually have the FAECB items for at least the first 2 days of the sales. Clearance is hit or miss here. No RIB magazines.

Forest Park, IL on Harlem--Small store, coupon scanner not working today, dirty items on shelves (think exploded shampoo), checkout employee took care of someone who wasn't even waiting in line before me (first, and probably last, time at this store today)
- I've been here one time also, and I was not impressed. I also do not see myself returning again.

Oak Park, IL on Roosevelt--Small store, didn't see a coupon scanner but didn't really look for one, employee who checked me out was nice (first time at this store today) **They DO have a coupon scanner**
- I DO NOT LIKE this store at all. There is always merchandise in the aisles, and it is just so unorganized. The store manager is a total jerk and things that couponers are robbing the store.

The Forest Park store I have been back to--on RARE occasion. There is one really nice cashier there--I believe she worked there when it was still Osco. The Oak Park store--I almost always have Q problems there. Thankfully, it's not near me! If you have the chance, check out the store in Brookfield on Ogden. The manager is great!
