I figured I'd go ahead and post this because I know if you're like me, you get in a routine.

3/10/08: 190

Same as last week! But you know what, I'm not beating myself up because I did eat a big corned beef and all the trimmings dinner last night and we had bday cake for my SO so at least I didn't gain!
I'll just have to crack down this week, I want to get under 190!!!

Welcome! Cindi usually posts these but I figured I'd jump in in her absence. That is all you need to post. Cindi was keeping track of the weights every week. I think we'll be doing another RAOK for the highest % loss soon, so just keep posting and looking for that.

I'm the same as last week too but walked 45 min BRISKLY yesterday and am heading there today also. (my walking partner is killin' me!)

So next week's w/i should be a good one!

Hello everyone. I hope you all missed me lol. I had the flu :( Unfortunately the not really eating much didn't help my weight at all. Still at 180 :frown:

Ahh well lol.

well, i stayed at 212.:rolleyes24: I guess that's better than gaining. I knew that if i slacked off on drinking the water and not cooking like i should i would regret it. LOL. Just have to watch it close this week. I hope you feel better Cindi!

Ok.. I hadn't seen this until now.

As of 3/15 - 146

Today, I started the "Cabbage Soup Diet" and my boxes of Girl Scout cookies and jar of M&M's are mocking me. :hectic1:

Oh goodness. I did that diet once. I couldn't stay with it. The "Vegetable Day" blew it for me. What was I supposed to eat for breakfast? Cabbage soup and a turnip??? LMAO. I hope you're doing better than I was on it.

Just a heads up, if you plan on staying on that for longer than a week or so, you may want to take a multi-vitamin :)
