OK, ladies(and gentlemen) i did this today... The koolaid thing...

My store had a problem... I bought the required 6 boxes and the cat only printed for 2.00 off... I had to get CS to read and read the cat.. then they could not do anything about it..but the lady was nice.. she wrote on my reciept that they owed me 2.00 in q's for the koolaid promo... So i did actually get my 4.00 off.. BUT becaurefull.... and check your cats...
also the cottonell 5.00 off is now 4.00 off... maybe they are getting ready to finish it.. So grab it while you can....

i can't tell you for which specifically though, usually charmin will trigger it...
there has also been a 3.00 on scott tp print up...but again, not sure which...m.aybe angel soft???

i.e. if you've bought a lot of diapers in the past, you may go to the store, buy a coke and get a pampers coupon.
cats are also printing for products from the same company.
if you buy herbal essence, you may get a duracell coupon.
and some are still printing as competiter coupons...if you buy charmin, you may still get a catalina coupon for scott or other.
and they are still printing as "thanks for buying, here's another on your next purchase coupon.
you buy hot pockets, you get hot pockets coupon.

The RR HEB Plus is my usual store. I've been using that dang points card since the store opened but I haven't gotten a single cat in MONTHS!!! I do the meal deals almost always (when they're something I would normally buy). I'm wondering if it's because I use so many q's? :shrug7:

In any case, I'd sure like to know what it is that's causing me to not get any.

I saw a tag by the Yo-Plus Yoplait yogurt 4 packs (and regular yoplait single yogurts) yesterday that said something along the lines of "Buy 20, get $2 OYNO." I didn't have time to investigate, but do you think it meant 5 of the 4pk Yo-Plus? It couldn't possibly mean 20 4pks, right? I'm looking to use 5 $1.50 off IPs for Yo-Plus and get a $2.00 cat back...

I called the catalina ppl, and they told me each Yo-Plus multipack would register as 4 yogurts, so I would only have to buy 5 multipacks. For me, it's around $2.10 a multipack, and if you have the $1.50 IP, then around .60 for a multipack, and .15 for each 4oz yogurt. Total OOP: $3.00

I was at an HEB yesterday in the self check out, and the guy next to me left catlinas behind for free bags of organic fruit. the cats looked like half coupons. first, a cat that said something like "thank you for buying organic produce. please enjoy these coupons for free organic produce", and then cats for free oranges, free apples, and then 25% off bulk. i was thrilled, but have no idea how much one has to purchase in order to trigger these cats! i have no idea what he bought.

I got a Catalina on Tuesday for a FREE 50oz Bravo Detergent. I have NO IDEA what triggered it. The only household item I purchased was Electrasol gel packs. Other than that I did 4 ground beef meal deals, tomato sauces, friskies canned, heb foil, land o frost, hashbrowns, jello, cottage cheese, milk, veggies, gatorade, campbells soups, crackers, suncrystals, wylers, flour tortillas, and international delights.

Saturday I got a catalina for a free bottle of dandruff shampoo. I got some sliced turkey, mortadella & provolone from the Deli counter, a loaf of french bread, a package of rolls and a tray of chocolate covered strawberries. (which all but 2 of them turned out to be rotten)
What triggered that one I have NO clue. :shrug7: There is no rhyme or reason to HEB.

I saw this deal on Katycouponers a few weeks ago. I've done bisquick singles (71cents each) and chex mix($1.50) fruit gushers ($2) in different deals. They had instore coupons for buy ziploc containers getfree chex mix and buy gushers get free juicy juice (another btfe item) they had a yogurt one too, but my store didn't have the yogurt :)
They cheapest deal is 10Xbisquick, my pantry is FULL of it now! This is great, since we have breakfast for dinner at least 1 day a week:)

My Dh got 2 catalinas: One was for a free Hill Country Fare 1 gallon milk and the other was for free 1 lb white seedless or red grapes. These are the smallest catalina coupons that I've ever seen-they're about 2-1/2 inches in length. Also, whereas the yellow coupons have a "M" and say "Mfrs Key" at the bottom left corner, these cats have a "B" say "Big Savings" and they say "store coupon" wheres the yellow coupons say "in-ad" coupon. He was only buying a total purchase price of .26, which were just noodles, including 2 free Yakisobas with the manufacturer's coupon. I asked him if they might have been from the previous customer and he said no. I'm thinking they're just random.
