Hello everyone. Please posts your weigh in here :)

Cindi
Starting Weight: 186
2/11/08: 185

Not a great week. I will have to blame all the 10 minutes of step aerobics, for building up some muscle this week LOL:hysterical: That's DEFINITELY why I only lost a pound hahaha.

Can we all blame it on the position of the moon or something? That would definitely work for me ;)

Progress is slow or so they say!

Hey, I'm all for blaming the moon, the stars, Mr. Whipple, the guy at the grocery store... lol. It's that time for me too so I know I'm off anyway.

How hard is core?? How are you doing on it? A co worker gave me a set of the firm, I still have yet to try it but heard its great!!

Actually, i was following CORE all along and didn't know it. I was really making it harder on myself doing the points because i would have to take each individual ingredient from each recipe and count the points and you know how it goes. So, if you enjoy cooking and not having to track a whole lot then, CORE is for you. You also get the occasional splurge too. You get 35 points to use per week however you want.

I've been doing WW Core for a long time. It's the best thing WW has ever done in my opinion and I've been in and out since the seventies.

It's especially good if you love to tinker in the kitchen anyway. I believe it is much healthier b/c you are pretty much making everything from scratch instead of using boxes, cans and packages.

You get 35 points in addition to your core items so that you can have that cookie, glass of wine or bread.

I have dh on it too.

Now THE FIRM wow!! I'm impressed b/c that's a tough workout! Proud of you guys for that!
