Great job! I'm so jealous lol. I actually GAINED 2 pounds grrrrrrrrrr...

I'm about 10 lbs higher than I wanted to be by now because with the holidays and all the sicknesses, I've just not been taking my diet & exercise seriously.

Today I did go to the doctor though to get my cholesterol checked again, 6 months ago it was bad!!! And I'm happy to report that all my bad cholesterol levels have come down to acceptable levels. My good cholesterol is still a little low but I know that's because I haven't been exercising. So yay, I can stay off meds. I'm psyched!

Hi All...checking in @ 168!!! AAAAAHHHH! My goal is 14O lbs. I am going to set small goals of 2-5 lbs at a time. I have my 20th class reunion this year! I need to get crackin'!

Very good! Small goals always work best, it's easier to tackle things a little at a time than all at once, at least for me :)

Thanks Cin! I have just been stuck at about 191-194 for so long now. My highest was 208 when I started really doing South Beach this past summer. Then I got down to 191, and have been yo-yoing between that and 194. I would just like to get under 190, it's been so long!!


Don't feel fat!!! I was 192 about 3 weeks ago lol :) Same with the choloesterol, though I haven't had that checked yet. Great job!

well here it go weight is 230 . and i have had a bad week so it could be more but don't feel like it. i have been very depress this week so you know what that mean lots of choc. lol

Awww don't be depressed:frown:

I have found if I am craving chocolate, if I eat a chocolate bar - usually dark chocolate - I will eat less. I guess maybe you just get sick of the taste. If I eat an actual candy bar - snickers, etc. I will eat the whole thing and then some lol

Ok. I guess I'm supposed to type my weight here. Which is unfortunately 223. I am actually down 14 since Sept. I was down 20 but gained 6 back since the holidays! But I'm just trying to not think about the number and worry about sticking to the plan. Is anyone else following WeightWatchers?

hello.my name is shannon. My starting weight was 230 lbs. on Jan. 3 2008. My weight today is 219. I am following weight watchers as well as i can. mostly, though i am trying to teach myself portion control. And drinking water helps tremendously. I didn't believe it till i tried it and now i drink 64 oz per day and sometimes more.
