Thanks for posting this! I used to have a little "helper" card that I got in the produce department with suggestions about which apples to use for what, but I had misplaced it the last time I moved.

I have 1 that I got in a recipe book that was mailed to me. Unfortunately not all the apples are included as there are so many different types. I love apples & I am always trying different kinds.
