Fred Meyer - week of Oct 1

In the NW they have Post Honey Bunches of Oats on sale (16 oz, Honey and Almond flavors) for 2/$3 -- the $1/1 coupon for Honey Bunches of Oat (cinnamon clusters) is acceptable -making the cereal $0.50/box

B1G1 - Cattleman's 2/2.79 - use 1 $1/1 coupon (won't let you use on the free one) - 2/$1.79 (0.90 each)

B1G1 - Stagg Chili (in the cans) 2/$1.69 - use 0.75/2 for every 4 you buy (agian won't let you use on the free ones) - 4/2.63 (0.66 each)

Fred meyer is also having a pretty decent clearance sale this week on household stuff. I was there today and got some picture frames for $1.50 each. And then clothes are also on clearance as well.

Oh! And as a side note...

All over the place here there are energy star CFL bulbs on sale for 0.99 cents (I've found them at Rite Aid and Fred Meyer so far). The energy company has put them on sale (normally 9.99 at Rite Aid, 1.99 at Fred Meyer). Anyway Puget Sound Energy puts out $2/1 per Energy Star bulbs - some stores (like Rite Aid) you can get 1.01 overage on each bulb - FM will honor them up to 0.99 - making the bulbs free either way you go :D

We love these - they are SOOOOO much better for the world and for your Energy bill.... only using a couple of watts instead of 60-100 :) Just another fun way to save some $$$$$$ :D

Ooooooook - one more!

Bush's Chili (the small size in the jar) is on sale $3/5 (1.67 each) - in today's ads a $1.50/1 (ANY SIZE/VARIETY) came out ... so if you buy them before Saturday you can get them for 0.17/jar!

Luckily for me I got over 20 papers today - so many good deals!

Also if you take advantage of the Stagg chili sale mentioned earlier a Catalina for $1.50/1 Bush's also prints out - so they are basically giving you an *almost* free jar of chili when you buy on the sale ;)
