I have reread my email from Petsmart and have made the following determination:

1. The email coupon has your name and a number on it.
2. Nowhere in the email does it say to forward to friends (if you find that wording please PM me and I will look further into this.
3. Even if you click on the button that says "click here if you can't see this email and it comes up without your name, it still can't be posted.
4. Warnings will be issued if this coupon continues to be posted.

May I ask how you get the coupons emailed to you?

(legitimately, from Petsmart)

Is it by the email address attached to the Petperks card, or does one sign up on their website for promotions such as this?

I got one. I have a petperks card and have never signed up on the website, so I think it is the card. HTH
