Today my Kroger in the TN/AR/MS region was having a huge amount of vitamin stuff clearanced was in the clear. section and they announced it over the loud speaker:hysterical:Reminded me of a "blue light special". But I couldn't understand and asked so ended up going down the vitamin asle and there were blinkies for natures bounty 1.00 each...........The vit. in the back were so cheap!! Wow I got 5 jars of garlic for .50 each and some vit. for .50 after a 2.00 coupon reg. 9.99 most of this stuff had expir. dates way in the future. All the ones I have seen coupons for were there...Sundown, Natures Bounty, Nature Made. I know there were some Natures Bounty 2.00 off out there too because I thought those would be good to use at Walgreens when their B1G1 since they won't let you use 2 if the second one is free. So of us here in AR swear by the garlic to keep the ticks and creepy crawlers at bay!!!:biggrin:

I saw Comforts (kroger brand) Baby wipes 180 ct refill packs for $1.70!!!! they were in a cart in the front of the store. I'll be going back for more. I bought 4 without having ever used them before. I like them ok.

I found 3 little clear zippered "pouches" with 3 trial size sunsilk items (shampoo, conditioner and 24/7 creme), along with a little mirror. Don't know original price, but marked down to $1.25, so only .25 after coupon. Great stocking stuffer for my little sisters!

I went and bought 10 different bottles of vitamins today - 6 Sundown and 4 Natures Own. All were marked at 50% off - Natures Own had a blinkie right on top of it with $1 c/o's - and I had 6 $2/1 Sundown c/o's from somewhere else as well.

In the catalina section coupongal posted that you get $2 OYNO WYB 2 Natures Own Vitamins - and that worked for me yesterday!

With the 50% off sales, $16 in coupons and 2 x $2 cat - I got $40 of vitamins [10 bottles] for free!

Went to another Kroger in my town today to look for the Lean Cuisine Panini's (they are gone in my area!) and found one of the Air Wick Mini's on clearance. Reg. price 9.99, sticker said 4.99. I used one of my $4 off coupons to make it .99. But as I was walking out to the car, I noticed it rang up 9.99, so I went back in and she treated it like a return instead of just giving me $5 out of the drawer. She rang it up at $4.99 and the difference was $5.33 (I guess the .33 was tax). Anyway, she gave me back $5.33 so all in all, the Air Wick Mini cost me .66!!! Woo hoo!!! :)

I had two $3.00 off coupons so I got 100 Excedrin for .99. I thought that was a pretty good deal. They don't expire until 01/09.

Today I got Bayer Nutritional Science Daily Multivitamin Vital Body and Cells Formula. On close out for 2.99 for 60 tablet box. There are coupons out ther for 3.00 off one and 7.00 off 2.
Also got Clearasil Acne Control Vanishing Acne Treatment Cream on close out for 1.69. There are 2.00 off 1 coupons out there so free.

One of my Kroger's stores has tons of candy bars on clearance. I'm making goody bags for DS's class for Halloween, so I really stocked up! Carmello (.17), Hershey's big bars (.25), Nutragious bar (.17), Take 5 bars (.17), Hershey's Caramel bars (.16); also Dentyne mints (.40), and Altoids tangerine (.50). They had a couple more "flavors" but only had a few of each one. Not a bad deal, considering I got 47 items for 10.99. These are full size, not the fun size that I was planning on getting for the goody bags. BTW, these were one a new clearance shelf near the pharmacy in my store. We usually don't even have a clearance section.

On Monday, I noticed the Reese's Crunch bars on the clearance table at my Kroger-- not marked, but rang up at .25... I combined these with a Snapple coupon I found at a gas station (buy 2 candy bars, get 15oz Snapple free) and got 2 Reese's Crunch bars and a bottle of Snapple for .50! :biggrin:

We found Tyson Anytitizer Chicken bites 92 cents and Aunt Jemima Pancakes 35 cents. There was a whole freezer section filled with 75% off. There were also Gorton's fish, Lender's bagels and Eggo Waffles in there not sure of the original prices on those.

Today, my Kroger had Marzetti Italian, Ranch dressing, marked down to
$1, and of course I didn't have my coupons with me. I have to go back tonight and get some green peppers, so I will get some then.
Also they had school supplies 75% off, They had a calculator for $3.39,
so it would be perfect to carry in my coupon folder, But when I went to check out, it charged me full price. I ended up getting it free, since it rang up at the wrong price. Free is good for me.

I have noticed a few pyrex glass baking dishes on clearance. There was a 9x13 for around $4. There were also some of the non-stick pans as well.

My Kroger (GA) had the 6pk Hansen's Natural Soda clearanced in the front of the store for $1.69. If you use the BOGO coupon from Hansens you get 12 cans of soda for $1.69. Not too shabby considering the soda normally costs about $3.29 for a 6 pk.

My Kroger in SW TN has pectin (regular and sugar free) on clearance. $1.2x and $.84 respectively). It was on a shelf along the front of the store where they seem to put stuff they are getting rid of.

I found Glory seasoned turnip greens for .89 a can and Glory low-sodium black-eyed peas for .40 a can today at my Kroger in NW Mississippi. They were in the clearance section-the use-by dates were in 09 & 10. They also had skinless/boneless chicken breasts & tenders (Sanderson Farms and Tyson) for $1.19 per lb. - YES $1.19 per lb. !!! These weren't advertised.

My Kroger had lots of clearance today. Included was: Dove shampoo/conditioner ($2.15, use $2/1), Infusium ($3.25 use $3/1), Sunsilk shampoo/conditioner (I think it was $1.80, use $1.50/1), Vive ($2.00, use $1/1), Suave (.50), Garnier styling products, Dove facial pillows for that new battery operated facial cleaner that's out, $1.68, includes 14 pillows), there was some Garnier, L'Oreal and O'lay clearance as well. I got free Dove styling products (hairspray, anti-frizz cream for FREE) They were marked $2.00 and I had the $2/1 coupons. Hope this helps someone.

My Kroger also had a ton of shampoo and other HBA items on clearance. I found the $1.80 Sunsilk ($.30 after $1.50 Q), some $1.75 Dove Shampoo and some $2 styling products (free or overage after $2 Q), Shick Intuition refills in the Cucumber scent for $1.19 after $4 Q. There was tons of Colgate toothpaste, some Aquafresh...just a bunch of Health/Beauty.

Found Dove Energy Glow body lotion with self-tanner for 2.88. Used Dove body lotion 1.50 coupon. It is an 8.5oz bottle. Thought this was a good deal since I love this product.

All our local Kroger stores are discontinuing several types of Kibbles and Bits dog food in the smaller bags. at 3.35-3.41 per bag (reg 5.69)

These can be combined with the 15% off pet purchase Kroger mailer Q (if you got it) and there are LOTS of Kibbles and Bits coupons out there too. I cleaned out our local store and got 10 cents overage per bag!

These were on clearance at my Kroger as well, but my coupon specifically says "Powerball tabs or Gel packs" so I didn't feel it was appropriate to use them on the Dual action tabs. I have enough issues with my store when I go by the book without giving them a legitimate reason to deny me!

I shopped at my Kroger in NW Ohio last night and there were a TON of closeout stickers up! The one that actually made me sad was for Quaker Simple Harvest granola bars. They were on closeout for $2.44. Thankfully I had 6 $1 Q so I bought all 6 that were on the shelf. What's sad is that I love those darned things. Dark chocolate is awesome. Why do companies always discontinue the stuff I like??

Ok dog food was on clearance tonight at the bigger Kroger stores. :( so sad about the 4lb purina one dog food bags going away. The $4.49 clearence price was great with the $4 off coupons and I had some $3 off coupons as well.

There were a lot of frozen items on clearance when I stopped in Thursday night. It's definitely worth checking out...we got some frozen lasagna for $1.99 and it was really good and easy to just pop in the oven...I know one they had several Healthy Choice Entrees marked down and I believe there are coupons with them...a lot of them came out to about $.85 a meal. That's a pretty good deal to me.

I don't know why that size is going away but I assume that it is because it is on clearance. I have a small dog and have a hard time finding the Purina One small bag size anywhere. I have tried Albertsons, Walmart, Petco.

Maybe they will replace it with a different flavor or maybe it is just my stores in Dallas.

Aussie sydney smooth, both shampoo and conditioner, are both on closeout for 1.93

Double check on this one, as I was just running through cause our store was packed in that aisle at the time and I was just twiddling my thumbs through there so wanted to get out of peoples way who were actually there to grab things, but I saw one of the lice medications on closeout for like $10ish and there was a peelie that said save $1 instantly. There was a bit of writing on the peelie, and I didn't get a chance to really see what brand it was or what the peelie all said so there is the possibility of needing another purchase to use it, but if you need lice med you might want to give it a look see.

A dial bar soap, it was like a pale yellow and white package, was 1.58 and the dial completel, the foaming stuff, the purple flavored, was 1.58 too.

I tried that purple one from a sale before, and omg, it smelled so great. I wish I would have had some coupons on me cause I would have grabbed all those hand soaps.

My Kroger had the Purex 3-in-1 laundry sheets on clerance for $2.49.. Use
the $2 coupon out and get them for .49. Great price if your store has them clearanced also!! I had to leave and get my coupons and by the time I got back, all of them were gone. They had at least 10 of them but somebody got there before I could.:sad:
Purex 50 oz bottles of liquid were $2, not bad if you really need it.

Found at my local Kroger today...

Lots of Scotch tape and mailing supplies on clearance. I got 3 large rolls of packing tape. They were priced $2 for the set but with the $.50 off any mailing supply coupon from two weeks ago I was able to get them for $1. My Kroger doubles up to $.50.

They also had medium and large packing boxes on clearance for $1 so if your Kroger doubles they'd be free after q. Packaging tape dispensers (the heavy duty ones) for $5 and several other packaging supplies that were a good deal before q but a GREAT deal after q! HTH someone. :)

In the clearance bin up front, there was Neutrogena Intensive Moisture Wrap body treatment on clearance for $2.37. Also, in their regular spot, were some men's Gillette body washes on closeout for $3.39; use the $2.00 coupon from the inserts to get it for $1.39. Not the best deal, but my hubby really likes these so I got him some.
