I got a mailer a couple weeks ago that had weekly coupons...

1.) $10 off $100 AFTER ALL COUPONS. it expired on sunday and I ended up giving it away. I got it 3 days before it expired and ended up only "spending" $60.

2.) $2 off $10 produce dept. (10/15-10/21)

3.) $2 off $10 Fresh meat dept. (10/22-10/28)

4.) $2 off $20 frozen food dept (10/29-11/4)

and MY fave

5.) Choose your Reward!

Spend $50 in Groceries, get 5% off, Spend $75 and get 10% off OR Spend $100 and get 15% off. NOTHING about coupons on this one. So I WILL get to use it!

I signed up for a new card a few months ago and still get nothing - I even get an ad specially mailed to my home since my local paper doesn't carry it! At least I get the ad on Friday or Saturday!!!!

Go to the site, register/login using your card number and be sure your address is correct.

It took them awhile to respond to a complaint I had a few weeks ago. Did they ever respond?

Maybe they're going to send you coupons instead of responding? One can wish! LOL

This must be tied to your Kroger card and your coupon use, somehow. I've had the same Kroger card for years and never got Kroger coupons until I started REALLY using mfg coupons back in May of this year. In the past couple of months, I've gotten 3 mailings, including one today. So, it seems that they send out the coupons based on your coupon use and, of course, what you tend to buy.
As I was opening mine today, I thought, "if they give me coupons for tuna or Campbell's soup, I think I'll scream! :hysterical: But, I guess they assume that I have PLENTY to last us for a while. HTH

Got mine in the mail yesterday too. There's a note on the front saying that only one in five Kroger card members receive the mailings based on how much you 'spend' there. I never got anything from them until I started using coupons in January.

My friend got a packet of coupons too. She gave me the ones she won't use (I'm not complaining!!)

There were some $ off WYB dairy (minus cheese and milk) and $ off frozen (minus ice cream and novelties) that she kept. And other various coupons (for Puffs, Private Selection items, etc.)

Yesterday, I received a packet of coupons from Kroger. They all expire 12/30. I was super excited b/c I've never received any from them before. The letter said that only 1 in 5 plus card holders would received them.

Anyone else get these?

No- thought my friend did, and several others here have mentioned receiving them. Nobody has mentioned the "1 in 5" thing, though. Maybe that's why I didn't get any. I was so upset about not having received any coupons that I emailed corporate, and was told they'd rectify the situation. Maybe I will get some coupons after all, LOL! I need a turkey for my kids! (and wish it could be a live one!)

Here is what the letter said:

Funny thing is that half the coupons aren't even things I've purchased at Kroger!! There were two on there that do correspond with my previous purchases, but that is it!

I've also received several booklets lately too although the coupons aren't products I'd normally purchase. As far as being one of their "best customers", I don't normally shop there unless they have a great deal and I have a coupon!

I got one of these mailings in the past couple of weeks, and have gotten them in the past, maybe quarterly. Past mailings have been hit-or-miss for products I may or may not have purchased in the past, but I'll be darned if this time they were almost all good ones that I will use. There are also more general store coupons, like $2 off any produce or $5 off a $50 purchase, or $5 off frozen foods. Another one of those YMMV situations, I suppose!

I received coupons from them for the first time!! I was soo excited!! Alot of the coupons are ones I will use. There were also some nice P&G brand ones. I was so excited to use them on the buy $25 get $5 off!!

my sister brought me the ones she got and i was telling her how i never get them - as we were walking to my mailbox. lo-and-behold my "specially" picked coupons were in there!
only a couple are useful to me, i will have to trade the rest.

Out of the ones I get (probably quarterly- I did receive this mailing this week) about half are for products that I buy. I don't quite know how they "specially select" them. I did want to point out that they all say "Kroger" on the side of the coupon, but only the ones that are for $X/produce or for Kroger brand products are store brand coupons. The rest are manufacturer's coupons- I cut the word Kroger off the side because the other stores around here wouldn't take them with it on there (even though it clearly states "manufacturer" on the top bar). I haven't had a problem using them anywhere like this. Just a tip for any newbies!

I got some coupons -- most I'll never use. No free turkey here either. I called the Kroger # on their website and the cust. rep. told me the turkey promo was not availablein my area - Atlanta.

I used one of mine today and it did not double. The cashier said that the ones in the mailer don't double. What a disappointment. I always thought they doubled in the past?

I got the mailer in the mail the other day as well. I got a cpn for FREE oreo cookies! YAY!! And then I got like (3) $2.50/$10 cpns for a purchase in the meat dept. I NEVER buy meat there. They never seem to have a very good cut of meat, IMO. And then the rest of them were cpns that I won't use/products we don't buy.

BUT, I was REALLY happy w/the free oreos!! I hear the 'double stuff' oreos calling my name!!! :BigHand: :wink7: :biggrin:

Make sure you information is correct. Go to their site and register your card and check the information.

Use the card everytime you shop, as that is how they track you and know what kinds of coupons to mail you.

I don't think most people get the same ones, as they are based on your shopping habits.

I never got coupons after many attempts w/ the website. The best advice I can give you is go to the customer service desk and they have this brochure that says
something "are you getting valuble kroger coupons" update your address. Free postage so I filled it out and mailed it in. 6 weeks later I started getting them. hope this helps

I emailed Kroger through their website about being disappointed that I hadn't received any coupons, and they called me the next business day (today!) and said that I was now on the list and should be getting some in a couple weeks.

If you want to get the mailed coupons and haven't, I would suggest emailing them as well.
