take the time to get organized. ** binder, boxers, or whatever works for you..
find alot of Q's - friends, coworkers, recycling bins
set time aside to cut and sort your Q's
take time every week when the ads come out for the stores. match up Q's with the sales.
Buy what is on sale and you have a Q for.

I buy all the sale items with Qs 1st then I go home and make a list of what I need for the rest of the week. Plan your meals around the sales and stock when you can.

For Ex: I just bought 8 packs of hot dogs for $.50 each. they go inthe freezer and I don;thave to worry about a quick meal here and there for a while.

ALso, read thru the STORE DEALS sectiosn for deals others have found.. it helps...
