You can use multiple coupons on items at BJ's? no idea why but I thought you could only use 1.

It's in their coupon policy that if each item bundled together has its own UPC that you can use coupons on each item in the bundle.

Yes, each item has to have its own barcode and the policy specifically excludes water, soda and motor oil.

It doesn't apply to this deal, but don't forget you can also stack BJs coupons w/ mfrs. You can use 1 mfr q for each item in the pack w/ a upc - as noted above- And if there's a BJs q, you can use one of those too (not 1 per item in pack, one per pack on the BJs qs).

I just came back from BJ's and purchased an 8-pk of the tic tacs. It was priced at $8.99 and I had 7- 1.00/1 coupons, which would have brought my total down to $1.99, however the cashier said that they have a limit on 5 like coupons other wise it would be considered 'price gouging'. Then proceeded to show me on the coupon that it says '1 coupon per purchase.'

3. It's been a crappy week and she just irritated me more.

I think your cashier was making stuff up. Their coupon policy is online at FAQ - BJ's Wholesale Club (http://www.bjs.com/help.content.help.E) There is nothing there about limiting coupon to 5 like.

I would have ask for a supervisor. Never accept a "no" from someone not empowered to give you a "yes."

Last time we went to BJ's I spoke to the Store Manager and he made 15 copies of the printout I had of their coupon policy.

I was in no mood to debate with her as I would have just gotten ugly. So, I sucked it up and came home. Instead I contacted their corporate. Safer for me. Safer for that silly little girl. lol

i use bj's and do a big shopping trip once a month i have never ever had a problem using more then 5 coupons for once item... i love bj's coupon policy i always buy my toaster strudles from there and they always end up being free after i use 4 coupons plus a bj's coupon and the cashiers always think its great i guess i just have a coupon friendly bj's... never ever settle if you think your right fight it out after all it is your money your talking about every dollar saved adds up

I am sorry to hear you werent able to get the whole deal, best thing to do with a not so coupon friendly BJs is have their coupon policy with you. I have clear page protectors in the front of my binder with a copy of the coupon policy for every store that I shop in just in case I get one of THOSED cashiers KWIM?
